Cea Weaver has worked as a tenant organizer, campaign researcher, and housing policy advocate in New York State for over ten years. She is from Rochester, New York and holds a Masters Degree in Urban Planning from NYU.

Sumathy Kumar

Campaign Director

Before joining Housing Justice For All, Sumathy Kumar worked as a tenant organizer in Brooklyn. She is originally from New Rochelle, New York and has been organizing around housing issues since 2017.

Ritti Singh

Communications Director

Ritti Singh has led Housing Justice for All’s communication and narrative strategies since 2022. Previously she was Communications Coordinator for the City-Wide Tenant Union of Rochester. She is now based in Brooklyn.

Naomi Dann

Chief of Staff

Naomi Dann has a decade of experience in communications, organizing and government, and most recently served as senior adviser in the New York City Office of the Comptroller. Naomi lives in Kingston, New York.
